Who we are

The CEO seat is lonely. We built Lucumo to sit alongside it.

Every founder reaches a point where the decisions are too sensitive for the team Slack, too nuanced for a board deck, and too consequential to think through alone. Lucumo exists for precisely that moment.

We're a small, deliberately focused company. We chose to build a product that treats your thinking as confidential business information, not a data asset. That choice informs every technical and commercial decision we take, from the sub-processors we permit to the terms we draft.

Security is a design principle, not a marketing line.

When a CEO speaks candidly about strategy, fundraising, or team performance, the stakes of a data breach are genuinely existential. We built Lucumo with rigorous security from the first commit, because you cannot retrofit trust.

Data stewardship

Your data is confidential business information. We treat it that way.

We use the smallest set of sub-processors needed to deliver the service. Each is contractually bound to confidentiality obligations equivalent to our own. We'll notify you before adding any new category of sub-processor and give you 30 days to object.

If we become aware of a security breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of confirmation: a clear description of what happened and what we are doing about it.

You own everything you put into Lucumo and everything the AI produces for you. You can export your data in a structured format and request deletion at any time. We don't sell, licence, or share your content with third parties.

Jurisdiction

Lucumo Limited is registered in England and Wales. Our terms of service are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
